Jay is a Dallas native, born and raised, who serves as the Operations Manager at Mignucci Law Firm. In this role, he oversees day-to-day operations and supports the firm’s growth through the development of strong internal systems and trusted external partnerships. With over a decade of management experience in professional office environments, he brings a results-driven approach to improving workflow efficiency, strengthening provider relationships, and supporting operational excellence.

Prior to this role, Jay spent nearly four years at a high-volume personal injury law firm as a Client Care Coordinator, where he managed client intake, coordinated case flow, and facilitated communication between attorneys, clients, and medical providers. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is committed to client-centered service and leverages his experience in provider relations, business development, and operational strategy to enhance both client experience and firm performance.
